When you use the Contact Form
If you reach out through our website contact form, we may collect:
- Your first name and last name
- Your email address
- Any information you choose to include in the body of your message
When we provide legal services to you
Once we start working together,we may also process personal data as required for the specific legal services we provide. This can include identification data, and any other data that is relevant to the legal matter you’ve engaged us for. The exact scope will depend on the nature of the engagement, and we’ll always let you know what we need and why.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry via the contact form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to potential clients who reach out to us, as well as your implied consent by voluntarily submitting the form.
- To provide legal services. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – i.e., the engagement letter between you and us.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent it. We don’t use it for marketing to third parties. Full stop.
That said, we may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate safeguards:

We don’t keep your data forever.
- Contact form data: If your inquiry doesn’t lead to an engagement, we’ll delete your data within 6 months of our last interaction.
- Client data (legal services): We retain data related to our legal engagements for the duration of our professional relationship and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law, professional regulations, and limitation periods (typically up to 3 years after the matter is concluded, unless longer retention is required by law).
